All rented properties are required to have a gas safety certificate. This certificate needs to be  completed & renewed every 12 months by law. It covers all gas products in the property being rented.

We are fully qualified and have extensive experience in carrying out the necessary gas safety checks.

Our service includes a full inspection of all the appliances covered by the regulations.  Once all the tests & any necessary work has been carried out we are authorised to issue the necessary CP12 certificate.
